Returns and Refunds

We do accept returns. Our aim is to ensure all our customers are happy and have a great experience shopping with us. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund you must return the products to us immediately, in the same condition and packaging in which you received them. Products returned by you within the 7 working day period will be refunded in full (exclusive of shipping charges) We will process such refunds as soon as possible and, in any event, within 30 days of the day we received your valid notice of cancellation.

No refund will be given in the following cases:

  • Incorrect or outdated delivery address
  • Incorrect address format including any form of a PO Box address
  • Package refused by recipient
  • Products returned in a used or damaged condition
  • We regret that for hygiene reasons earrings cannot be returned/refunded, unless faulty

For any items judged to be damaged due to improper use or when reasonable care has not been taken by the customer.

 

Repairs

Kate Designs will only carry out free-of-charge repairs on an item of jewellery bought via the website shop if it is faulty and returned within 6 weeks of the purchase date. Please note customer is responsible for covering cost of the return postage.

 

Delivery Conditions

When your Goods will be delivered: delivery periods may vary depending on address but we aim to have your delivery completed within the specified times with a guarantee that your Goods will be delivered within 30 days of acceptance of the order.

We are not responsible for delays outside of our control: if our supply of the Goods is delayed by an event outside our control then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay. Provided we do this we will not be liable for delays caused by the event, but if there is a risk of substantial delay you may contact us to end the contract and receive a refund for any Goods you have paid for but not received.
